Do you have any suggestions as to how I might change the unit of measure on
my ruler bars? Or perhaps tell me what might be causing the problem? I
have repeatedly tried doing it the way the Help Menu suggests. For some
reason I cannot get the ruler bar to display in inches, although it says that
is the unit of measure. Instead it displays tab stops as "ch", which I can
only assume means "characters."

Thank you so very much!!!! I've been trying for two weeks to take care of
that problem and your solution worked in seconds! How wonderful it is to
finally find someone who recognized the problem and knew the solution.
