Default e-newsletter in word

I'm trying to use the basic e-newsletter template in Word (don't have
PUblisher right now). When I send the e-newsletter to myself to test it the
text boxes in the left column move around. In AOL they just pile on top of
each other and when I open the mail via Outlook over IE they appear fine
until you maximize the page - the the text boxes move all the way to the
left, off of the template design for the newsletter. When I try to anchor
the text boxes the text inside disappears.

TIA,

Julie
