For the past several months, when I attempt to add clip art to my Word
documents, Word freezes up. I can use "Clip Collection" by inserting the
appropriate CD, but just to bring up clip art, nothing works. I then must
use Task Manager to end the program and shut the computer down. I am using
Norton Antivirus, but I have not changed anything on it and have previously
used clip art. Could it be a Security Update causing the problem?
