Macros in Word
I've used macros and VBA in both Excel and Access. I'm trying to experiment
with Word macros - but I can't get anything to happen. I tried to record a macro - when the "cassette" icon shows up - I can't do anything. I tried to highlight some text in order to bold it but it wouldn't let me. So what am I doing wrong? (Using Word 2007 BTW) Thanks for any help on this. |

Macros in Word
See the article "Getting To Grips With VBA Basics In 15 Minutes" at:
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Macros...csIn15Mins.htm To bold the selected text, use Selection.Font.Bold = True -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
