Default Sending documents in Office Word 2007

Why do I not have an email option when I select send in Office Word 2007? It
is grayed out, but fax option is still available.

Default Sending documents in Office Word 2007

The "E-mail" command is missing or is unavailable in Excel 2007, in
PowerPoint 2007, or in Word 2007
