I'm working on a document 14 pages long that uses the Table of Contents
feature.
My problem is that there is a blank page inserted into the document - page 11.

I also notice that when clicking on each page of the doc front to back,
there's no extra page break between 10 and 12. If I look at the document from
back to front and click on each page. I can click on 14, 13, 12 and when I
go to click on 11 it brings me directly back to the Table of Contents
skipping the rest of the pages.

Do you have an Even Page section break between pages 10 and 12?
