Default TOC

Hi Everyone,

Using Word 2000. I created a table of contents. I did this on a document
that was created by someone else. Somehow there are about 15 styles listed.
I used style 6 and created the toc with 1 level on style 6.

1. How can I get rid of the rest of the styles?

2. The style 6 is in the first column of my table. It is the title of the
policy's below. My TOC works well with this. My 2nd column is the date of
the next review. I would like this date to show directly below my policy
title but I can't seem to get it to work.

This is what I am getting

Orientation....................................... ...1

Next Revision Date: 1/1/08.................1

Ventilators....................................... ...2

Next Revision Date: 2/1/08................2

Example of how I want it to look.

Orientation
Next Revision Date: 1/1/08...................1

Ventilators
Next Revision Date: 2/1/08...................2

Thanks,
Linda

I can't take any credit for the design; it's one of the standard FrontPage
templates. But I like it, too!
