Sharing data between fields
I was wondering how to share date between formfields. For example, if I
enter a persons name in Text box1 and want the same information in Textbox2 & Textbox 8 is there a way to do this without entering the same information each time. Thanks in advance. -- Paul Webster |

Sharing data between fields
Hi ?B?UGF1bCBXZWJzdGVy?=,
I was wondering how to share date between formfields. For example, if I enter a persons name in Text box1 and want the same information in Textbox2 & Textbox 8 is there a way to do this without entering the same information each time. You can use a REF field (Insert/Cross reference to the bookmark name) in place of the last two textboxes. Make sure "Calculate on Exit" is activated in the properties for the first field. But if you want this information to be editable (IOW you want to see the entry in a form field), then you'd need to use a macro.
