Need to alphabetize lists in Word
How can I do this, or does Word not allow you to alphabetize address lists?
Its a pain to have to look at every single address to find out if its been repeated. I am not used to Excel or Access and would really like to be able to alphabetize in Word 2003. |

Need to alphabetize lists in Word
Word can sort paragraphs - table sort. If your addresses are not
paragraphs - make them so - see http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm To remove the duplicates see http://www.gmayor.com/replace_using_wildcards.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Irene wrote: How can I do this, or does Word not allow you to alphabetize address lists?
