Unless you have some sort of a backup, it's gone.

Unless you had checked "Always create backup copy" in the Tools Options
Save dialog before you started, or unless you switched to a different folder before saving the second copy... yes, it's gone. Not if you saved them to different locations. However, if you were prompted
