Are you referring to an alphabetical list of keywords with page
numbers? If so, what you want to create is called an index. See
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting/Createindex.htm.

On the other hand, if you want to store contents for easy insertion,
see http://word.mvps.org/faqs/customization/AutoText.htm.
