Default Headers/Footers when emailing Word Documents

I have set up my company letterhead in the header and footer, but when I
email the document (by using the function in Word), the header and footer do
not appear in the email message. How can I solve this?

You can't unless you send the letter as an attachment. Emails have no header
or footer.
