Default Word should allow for a pop-up calendar similar to the help dog

This would be especially helpful to people who are constantly planning
upcoming events, classes, etc. As a teacher I work in a block schedule and
our meeting times with various classes are constantly shifting. Having a
pop-up calendar within MS word itself would be a tremendous help.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Erik Koenke

Anything organized in "blocks" sounds like something where a
text-processor like Word is rather ill-fitted in the first place. Some
project planning software would be best, I think Outlook can do a lot
there, too, and even Excel (with its fixed cells) would be better suited
to do things like that than Word.

If Outlook won't do the trick, then you might like Rainlendar which is a
customizable desktop calendar.
