Word should allow for a pop-up calendar similar to the help dog
This would be especially helpful to people who are constantly planning
upcoming events, classes, etc. As a teacher I work in a block schedule and our meeting times with various classes are constantly shifting. Having a pop-up calendar within MS word itself would be a tremendous help. Thank you for your time. Anything organized in "blocks" sounds like something where a text-processor like Word is rather ill-fitted in the first place. Some project planning software would be best, I think Outlook can do a lot there, too, and even Excel (with its fixed cells) would be better suited to do things like that than Word. 2cents Robert -- /"\ ASCII Ribbon Campaign | MS \ / | MVP X Against HTML | for / \ in e-mail & news | Word |

If Outlook won't do the trick, then you might like Rainlendar which is a
customizable desktop calendar. http://www.snapfiles.com/get/Rainlendar.html -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org ekoenke wrote: This would be especially helpful to people who are constantly planning upcoming events, classes, etc. As a teacher I work in a block schedule and our meeting times with various classes are constantly shifting.
