Default How do I add a file to "Favorites" in Word 2007

Could you please define €śFavorites€ť in Word 2007? There is a Favorites
folder containing links to web sites but that is not in Word. As far as I
know, you cannot add files to the Favorites Folder. Word does have a recent
document list. Default is 17 documents. You can €śpin€ť a document if you want
it to remain on the list.
