Default Avoid previous corrections & formating showing up on word 2007

On opening old word doc which have been amended, all corrections and
formating show up. How do I avoid all this to get a clean doc .

Accept all changes and then turn off the tracking: On the Review tab (of the
ribbon), click Accept (in the Changes group), and then click Accept All
Changes in Document. Click Track Changes (in the Tracking group) and click
Track Changes (to deselect it).
