Inserting pictures from file
As you insert them? - Insert into table cells of fixed width - the graphic
will adapt to the width. Already inserted? - you'll need a macro. At its simplest the following will resize all images inserted to 4" square - however, depending on what is in your document this may not work in quite the way you envisage. Dim oShp As Shape Dim iShp As InlineShape ' Resize floating shapes For Each oShp In ActiveDocument.Shapes With oShp .Width = InchesToPoints(4) .Height = InchesToPoints(4) End With Next oShp ' Resize in line shapes For Each iShp In ActiveDocument.InlineShapes With iShp .Width = InchesToPoints(4) .Height = InchesToPoints(4) End With Next iShp http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm You might find it better to pre-set the images at the required size in a graphics application - such as the excellent SnagIt, or the free Google Picasa 2 -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Garth wrote: Is there a way to word 03 to automatically resize all inserted pictures to a specific size |
