copy/paste using destination format
Is there an easy way to copy text from one document, pasting it into another
document, and have the pasted text assume the formatting of the destination document. For example, a block of text in the source document, say table entries, are formatted as Calibri 11 point, paragraph indent 0.5". In another document, I have already created a table that is formatted as Arial 10 point, paragraph indent 0". Currently, if I copy text from the source table into the destination table, the destination text gets the format that was in the source. I want it to automatically be converted to the format in the destination without having to manually reformat it. Any way to do this? |
