Default Can I change the color of folder icons in My Documents

I am using Windows XP. I would like to designate diffenent colors to the
file folders in my saved work. Is that possible? I cannot find the answer
in the help section.

Not directly, but you can change the icon: in Windows Explorer, right-click
the folder, select Properties, select the Customize tab. You can create your
own icons using any graphics editor -- they are just little bitmaps, so you
could copy the existing folder icon, change the color, save: folderblue.ico,
foldergreen.ico, etc.
