Section of a Word Document Fails to Print and Drops Out of Attachm
I have a problem with a Microsoft Word file. My software is Microsoft Office
2000 Professional Edition. The document is reasonably lengthy (17 pages), contains a few images, many bullet point lists and half a dozen text boxes. At one stage the last half dozen pages disappeared. Then they for no obvious reason appeared again. Now the document is complete. Up to Page 14 prints no problems but the remaining several pages of text do not print though four text boxes on them do, overlapping one another. I can cut a section of the offending text out of the document and paste it into a new Word document and everything looks fine but that document also will not print. If I attach it to an e-mail and send it to another computer, the attachment is received as it prints, i.e. with the several pages missing but with the text boxes on them all present and correct but overlapping one another. The only clue I have is that where it goes bananas I have a bullet point list and one of the bullet point paras has a further indented numbered list of three points. Can anyone help? I need to be able to print this file and also to e-mail it. |
