When Printing a document with a background it is chopped into 3 lines, and I
can not find any solutions. It is not the printer because it happens on
inkjet printers, laser printers and color laser printers.

If this is the image striping problem that is so common (the image is
squished and repeated several times), the only workaround that seems to work
reliably is to print directly to the printer (disable spooling in the
printer Properties).
