currency fields merged incorrectly in word
When performing a mail merge from excel to Word (office XP) the currency
fields are merged incorrectly. No dollar sign appears. Is there an update for this or do I have to use a numeric picture switch which is quite confusing as is explained? in article ID 304387 |

A picture switch is the only way. Maybe the following article is less
confusing See "Formatting Word fields with switches" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at http://www.gmayor.com/formatting_word_fields.htm -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "maryfarb" wrote in message ...
