Word 2003. One of my users is complaining because when she selects file
open, whatever directory she looks in is not showing the docs in
alphabetical order like it used to.

I can find nowhere in the File Open box to sort the view. How?????

Right-click on a blank area in the file list, and left-click on Arrange
Icons By | Name.
