How do I take off Compatiblity Mode?
I was opening an attachment in an e-mail. It opened into Microsoft Word 2007,
but it was set in Compatiblity Mode, and so I couldn't change anything in that document. The original sender, wanted me to change stuff in that document, but it I couldn't edit anything in it. It just didn't let me. |

How do I take off Compatiblity Mode?
Word 2007 always opens documents created in an earlier version in
compatibilty mode. But that mode does NOT prevent you from making changes. There must be some other reason why you could not make changes. What messages did you see? -- TedMi |
