Default Printer won't accept custom card size.

I'm trying to print a mail merge on 4.875" X 7" card stock. The printer
indicates a jam rather than picking up paper from the by-pass tray.

Is it only when you merge that you see the problem?

Which version of Windows and Word?

Does it make any difference if you merge to a new document first, and
then print?

(Sorry, I have a feeling we have seen this before but am not sure there
is a simple solution).
