Default Format value in word 2003 with mail merge

Hi all,

I'd like to insert value 11.95 (value in exel) in my word document.
But in word in get 1.949999999 I tried with "Toggle Field
Codes" { MERGERFIELD "amount" \ # ##0.00} to get only 2 decimals. But
nothing change stil got 1.949999

If I put 11.52 it works fine (withouth Toggle Field Codes)...

If somebody know about this it would be great.

Thans in advance,

Gaëtan

There should be no space between \ and # and it is Mergefield not
Mergerfield thus

{ MERGEFIELD "amount" \# ",0.00"}

should give you what you need. However, there is no function here that will
drop the leading digit of the number 11.95 to make it 1.95 or 1.949999999
You need to check the entry in your Excel data.
