Default printing text only not background of scanned image

Could someone tell me how to print only the text box of a document. I have a
form I have scanned and have inserted text boxes so that I can enter
information. I only want the text boxes to print so that they will be in the
appropriate places on the document.

You could change the text boxes to frames (or normal text in a table) and
then (assuming your form image is formatted as Behind Text), clear the check
box for "Drawing objects" on the Print tab of Tools | Options.
Alternatively, you can select the form image and set the brightness to 100%.
