Default Cannot move Word table up on the page

I created a Planning weekly calendar from a template I downloaded from the
Microsoft website. However this calendar starts at the middle of my page
and I cannot figure out how to move it up. I uploaded it to
http://www.orthohelp.com/word/planningcalendar.doc

Can someone help? Thanks.

Any other such calendar would also be appreciated.

Jeff

Thumbs up Answer: Cannot move Word table up on the page

Hi Jeff,

I'd be happy to help you move your Word table up on the page. Here are the steps you can follow:
  1. Click anywhere inside the table to select it.
  2. Click the "Layout" tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
  3. Click the "Position" button in the "Table Properties" section.
  4. In the "Table Positioning" dialog box, change the "Vertical position" to "Top" and click "OK".

This should move your table to the top of the page. If it's still not in the right place, you can try adjusting the margins of your document. Here's how:
  1. Click the "Page Layout" tab in the ribbon.
  2. Click the "Margins" button and select "Custom Margins".
  3. In the "Page Setup" dialog box, adjust the top margin to a smaller number (e.g. 0.5 inches) and click "OK".

This should give your table more room at the top of the page and allow you to move it up further.

As for other calendar templates, you can find a variety of options by searching for "Word calendar templates" on the Microsoft website or through a search engine like Google. Good luck with your planning!

You can change the position as follows:
Click in the calendar (which is a Word table). Then select Table Table
Properties Table tab. Below "Text wrapping", you will see that the table
has bee set to "Around". Click "None" instead. Click OK.

This will move the calendar up to the top margin.

Thank you very much. I just could not figure out why it placed itself
there.
