Default KAP chapter template

A publisher asks for a document to be submitted in the KAP chapter template
form. Tyey provide instructions on finding it in W-2000 . . . but not 2007
and I cannot find it anywhere.

Any thoughts, chums?

I've never heard of this in Word 2000 or any other version. Perhaps this is
a template the publisher supplies?

It isn't a Publisher thing...
Google brought up a couple of templates.

I didn't say it was a Publisher thing but "a template the publisher
supplies." This is in reference to the part of the question that says, "A
publisher asks for a document to be submitted in the KAP chapter template."
