Cell margins print in shaded columns
In a table in Word 2007, cell margins print in shaded cells. How can I
prevent that from happening? Thanks in advance. |

Cell margins print in shaded columns
Make sure you've applied the shading to the cells themselves and not to the

Cell margins print in shaded columns
The shading is applied to the cells, not the text.

Thanks, but the cells fill completely with shading and the cell margins appear

Cell margins print in shaded columns
Then I don't know what you mean by cell margin. If you mean cell border, you
can turn borders on and off by clicking the appropriate border icon. There's on set on the home tab and another on the table tools design tab.
