Default word could save document change history like source safe

A neat option for word and possibly any other MS Office product would be to
save a change history of each document on a scheduled time like source safe

So that you could go back and look at your document from 30 minutes ago or
yesterday and see what you have done to it or revert to the old version etc.

what do people think?
