[Mike Huddlestone[_2_]]

I have created a document with a number of bookmarks in it, including a
number of calculation bookmarks within a table. The document needs to be
protected, however when it is protected i am unable to use the F9 - refresh
function to update the calcualtions.
I need to keep the bookmarks as they relate to further on in the document as
a merge field.
Does anyone know how i can get around this?

Hi Mike,

Assuming the calculations relate to your formfields, then setting the fomrfield properties to 'calculate on exit' should result in
all the dependent fields being updated.
