Default Print shaded form fields, Word XP

I have created a very large document that has lots of fields to fill in -- we
want the shaded (gray) form fields to print when we print the document. I see
them on the screen but when we print they are blank.

Any help you can give me will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If you want to print the grey highlighting for the form fields, make sure
that under Tools, Options, and the Print tab that Hidden Text has a checkmark
beside it in "Include with document".
