Default make address labels for xmas cards, save as word doc

I want to make address labels for xmas cards, save as word doc for future and
ptrint on L7160 labels (Idon't want to do a mail merge!) Addresses are
currently in paper format

You can create a blank label document from the envelope label tool by
using the 'new document' option in the label dialog, but if you have more
than one page of labels to produce, or some of your friends are likely to
move, or die, or no longer be worthy of Christmas acknowledgement, a hard
copy label list is soon going to become impractical.

Save your names and addresses in Outlook and for those who get a Christmas
card, add an Xmas category (you can add categories of your making to those
on offer). Then when the time comes to produce labels again, filter the view
to display only those of the Xmas category and merge from Outlook.

If you don't have Outlook, save the names and addresses in the columns of a
