Default greyed out Accept Change button (reviewing toolbar)

Hi, I have had a search on here about removing visible tracked changes and
they all seem to suggest the drop down option on the Accept Changes button.
But my button is greyed out and I can't select it.

Do I need to be the originator of the document to accept changes?

Thanks in advance.
