Default mark up view

My boss sends me documents with mark up view. I need to save them so this
view is gone for good and can't figure out how. I save them, and then when I
open them, the dang mark up is still there. I need to send these docs to
other people. Help!

Use the Accept All button on the reviewing toolbar. So far, all you've been
doing is hiding the changes, and Word is set to let you know they're there.
