Default Word - Outlook

more help required,

When I try to send a word document via e-mail by using the menu item that
Word provides for that purpose, I get a fault message, which tells me that
the "envelope" can't be opened. Closing and restarting Word and Outlook does
not solve this particular problem.

Many Thanks

Are you using matching versions of Outlook and Word? I believe they have to
be from the same version of Office to work properly.
