How do I activate a style that says "hide until used" in the TOC?
I need to use Heading 4 in my TOC and have applied the Style to the copy in
my document, however it is not showing up in my TOC. |

Click somewhere in your TOC. Press Alt+F9 to switch to display of field
codes. You should see something like { TOC \o "1-3" \h \z } . Change the "1-3" to "1-4". Press Alt+F9 again to switch back to display of field results. Press F9 to update your TOC. kgilmore wrote: I need to use Heading 4 in my TOC and have applied the Style to the copy in my document, however it is not showing up in my TOC. |
