Labels: Formatting Text
In the Labels dialog, instead of the Print button, click the New
Document button. This places the label text in a table. Select the whole table, right-click somewhere in it, click Cell Alignment, and choose the centered alignment. Save this document as a template to use instead of the Labels dialog (hint: include the Avery product number in the template's name). I'd like it centered in the label. I know there is an "envelope style" to control the formatting (indent, spacing, etc.) for envelopes, but I don't see a style(s) for labels. How can I use the Labels feature, but format the result (center text in label and maybe use bold and a slightly larger font)? I have Word 2007, although I don't think it makes a difference for this issue.
