Document Map - headings
I had a article that explained brilliantly how to use doc map. But I can't
find it! Q: I have a document map set up for a long document that has headings: Heading 1 and Heading 2. I want to render Heading 2 invisible (so that I can resuscitate it later if I need it to work on the document, but I don't want these heading 2 level headings showing up in my printed .doc document). How do I do this? I seem to remember that there is a box I need to tick somewhere... Thanks so much for any help Tess |

You can format the Heading 2 style as hidden and make sure not to print hidden text. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP Thanks so much for any help Tess |
