Default Auto text

I'm definietly not liking Office 2007 - I have been following the posts for
Auto text - Went to Insert - Quick Parts and Building Blocks. - Still don't
see how to add my info there? HELP. What used to be so simple has now taken
me days to figure out.

Select what you want to add to the list then ALT+F3 just as before.
