Default Save/Open/Copy Macro from PC to PC

Can someone please instruct me on the following: if I want to create a macro
in Word [or Excel] and use the same macro in Word [or Excel] on another PC
what do I have to do?

Can I save/open the macro, can I copy it to the other PC? Where should I
save/paste it on the other PC?

Thank you.
