How to select multiple docs after using SEARCH tool.
When opening a Word doc I use the SEARCH tool to search for a key word in say
100 docs. The results show say 30 docs. How do I select say 10 docs or save the search results in order to select them later. Using the Control key to multi-select does not work. Copying the doc's linkt o the clipboard overrides the last copy. -- Regards Tom |

I find it easier to search through Windows Explorer. It then brings up a
screen where you can select/open multiple files from there. "ThomasAJ" wrote: When opening a Word doc I use the SEARCH tool to search for a key word in say 100 docs. The results show say 30 docs.
