Can TOC be generated from external doc?
I have a large course document with a TOC field. I need to generate another
document ... could be a separate page document ... that is a certification that the user completed the entire course. I can't find a way to put two TOC fields in one document. Is there a way to do this? If not, is there a way to generate a TOC that pulls its content from an external document? THanks for any ideas. Deb |

You can add a second TOC to a document. When prompted to replace the
existing TOC, just choose not to. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Deb" wrote in message ... I have a large course document with a TOC field.
