Default Text box vs table and formatting it

I am trying to create a form that has lines that you can type on. WHat I
want is for it ti end at a certain place, and automatically go to the next
'line' (text box or table) What is happening is that it goes all the way to
the edge of the document, then if you hit enter, or ass mor test, it just
enters a blank line in it?

I use WORD 2003
