Default How to insert Excel page onto Word page

I do have a page that I created with Excel 2003, and I will like to insert
into a Word document so it will print with the rest of the Word 2003
document.
How do I do that?
(I tried to use copy and paste, but my Excel page is bigger than the page of
Word. I put this thread in the Excel Newsgroup, but since no one has
answered it, I am posting it here now).
Thanks.

Inserted objects cannot span pages, so you are either going to have to make
the Excel sheet smaller or split it into multiple pages, then copy to the
clipboard and edit paste special into Word.

Firstly, if it is bigger than your Word page you will end up with a
little "shrinkage!"

After you have copied your data in Excel, use the Edit/Paste
Special... command and select the Microsoft Excel Worksheet Object
option - note that there is also a Paste link radio button on the left
that will allow changes in Excel to automagically be updated in the
electronic version of the Word document.

Note also, that there are several image options in Paste Special that
can come in handy at times as well.

If you're still watching --

I just looked up this issue this morning and tried out a few alternatives. Far and away
the best was: Highlight the material in Excel, Hold Enter and select Copy Picture in the
Edit menu. A box will appear; select As Shown when Printed. Now go to Word and Paste.
Formatting and graphics come through just fine. Oh, you can edit the contents, too, but
it's slow going.

Thanks to all of you for your help. When you don't use the program very
often, you forget how to do certain things.
