I am trying to figure out if I can automate the process of linking form
letters with its corresponding type of header (Rexal Corp or International
Compilink Inc).

I would like to beable to click a button, or execute a keyboard shortcut and
have the Header filled in appropriately.

Thank you,
Paul

The simplest method is to create templates with the Headers already
completed. The user then opens a new document from the appropriate template
to create the letter.

Another option is to create templates with the Headers for the various
options you need. In the Letter Template, have a series of macros in a drop
down list or on separate tool buttons that copies the letter, opens a new
blank from the selected template and pastes in the letter text.

Alternatively, you can store a set of headers as AutoText/Building Blocks.
Then in the Word document, have a set of macros that enters the select
Headers in as appropriate.
