How do I prevent a form from shifting when other users edit the text fields?

Make a table (remove its borders if desired) and put each field in a separate
cell. With the table selected, first click Table AutoFit Fixed Column Width.
Then go to Table Table Properties Row, check the box for Specify Height,
enter a height, and set the dropdown to Exactly. That will prevent the table
cells from expanding.
