Default Copying Autoshapes from Excel to Word: losing formatting

I typically use Excel to do flowcharts and other diagrams, but I often
want to publish them in Word documents. The problem is, if I set the
formatting of the autoshapes in Excel (text alignment, font size, etc),
then it's all lost when I paste it into Word.

Anyone know how I can do this without losing the formatting?

P.S. I know that I can create drawings directy in Word, but it's much
easier to use Excel.

Hi Nick-

After you select & copy the flowchart, you can use the EditPaste Special
command to paste it as a picture. You won't be able to edit it (easily) in
Word, but it will retain the formatting.

Good Luck |:)
