Change the relevant paragraph setting in the normal paragraph style (or your
preferred body text style) and click add to template on the way out. Save normal.dot when prompted on closing Word. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Lilibet Wayne wrote: How do I set "Suppress Widows & Orphans" as a default in Word 2000?
