Default how do I remove text formatting in a cell?

I want to remove all text formatting in a label cell so I can insert and
reposition a graphic I made in Freehand.

You can remove ALL text formatting -- it has to have a font and a size and
an alignment. It does not have to be bold or italics or justified.

Highlight the cell and remove all undesired formatting. (as in turn off
Bold... turn off Italics... change the alignment, line spacing, shading,
borders...etc)

What type of formatting is the problem?

Select the cell (or cells) and use Control+Spacebar and Control+Q.
